On March 27, 2024, MBH Bank Plc. acquired a majority stake in the Company, making it the majority shareholder. Thanks to the acquisition, Fundamenta's clients will also benefit from the solid backing of a stable, well-capitalized bank, a nationwide branch network and a broad product portfolio.
